General PTA Meetings
Attending PTA meetings is a great way to find out what’s going on at our school and to meet other families. Meetings are the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm (except December, when there is no meeting), and include updates on financials, events, committees, and a report from the Principal.
Children are welcome to these meetings and Spanish translation is available if needed. You may request a copy of the approved minutes of the General Membership Meetings by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Executive PTA Meetings
In addition to the general PTA meetings, the Executive Board meets once per month to discuss details and plans related to PTA business. Board meetings are closed.
If you would like to join a committee and attend their meetings, please email us at and let us know which committee you would like to be part of. Most committees meet regularly before their event. We would love all the help and input for our events and fundraisers!
